Fill in a few simple columns and see what your current Gross Profit per product is, then either accept it or change the required GP% and see the new selling price (including VAT) instantly. Once you are happy with your margins and the sheet is set up alls you will ever have to do is amend the cost to you column and your new selling price will be set for you.
The pricer gives you three options for your final selling price. Option one you can automatically round down your selling prices to the nearest 5 or 10p, option two all will automatically round the selling price up to the nearest 5 or 10p or option three is leave them "as is" with the odd pence still chargeable.
As you set the sheet up a Bar price list is automatically generated for you which just needs printing off, ready for display, as soon as you have finished changing you prices. Another sheet allows you set a discount by either a fixed amount or by percentage and shows you how it will affect you GP% and profit per measure.
There is a facility to suggest a selling price for you which also informs you of the GP% that price would generate. You also receive a guide to the legal requirements of a bar price list plus and event coster which will tell you how much extra takings you need to take to cover the cost of the event - great if you hold music nights and the like.
Fill in few columns and see you current GP% and then accept or change it.
Need a selling price, then just click suggest to see a selling price including VAT covering a range of GP%'s from 30% to 90% in 2.5% rises.
As you fill in the sheet a price list is built for you.
