The system will then send you a link email to the download of your product, this email will contain a free link to a winzip program which will enable you to unzip your product if needed.

Some of our products come in PDF format and do not require unzipping.
Please insure that your spam filters are switched off or set to low
before you purchase one of our products, because our emails contain links or
attachments some spam filters will treat them as spam and apply your settings to
them, this may cause the emails to be destroyed,should your settings be set
to do that.
Please check your spam filters folders for the emails sometimes shown as
"Bulk", "spam" or "Junk" folders if you can only set your spam filters to low
(and not turn them fully off, as may be the case with hotmail users). Our
system may use your Paypal account email to send the links to.
You do not have to have a Paypal account to use their payment service
credit and debit card payments are fine. If you'd prefer we can accept payment
via cheque or Postal order please contact us if you wish to use one of these

and if for any reason your payment fails you will be taken to our payment failed

failure to send any product. However please be aware that if your
spam filter system is set to destroy suspected spam then our system will not

you think this may have happened. We will then take the appropriate action
to insure you receive your product.
